Passionate advocate for the continually evolving Business landscape needs/requirements. Able to identify opportunities driving Channel Development associated to specific business segments and map relevant initiatives/enhancements/programs accordingly High levels of attention-to-detail. Comfortable executing a broad range of activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and managing priorities effectively Highly collaborative, working co-operatively internally and with internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes
Your Responsibilities:
Channel Development onboarding ownership. Manage whole Channel onboarding and training to new Sales Representatives and Dealers in Business Division. Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in driving Professionalization targets.
Drive digital onboarding positioning to support Digital Transformation.
Develop, curate and maintain updated training programs & learning materials. Work with related subject matter experts to co-create/develop new relevant learning materials.
Sales/Channel Training Calendar ownership. Jointly identify/develop training content/programs in collaboration with department heads/stakeholders. Support for new business channels mainly on operational processes and any other administrative duties assigned.
Manage effective business communications via available tools/platforms for information management and retrieval. Lead & coordinate knowledge transfer/training activities.
Your Merits:
Self-starter in managing channel communications/development within a GTM context and comfortable with the concept of "end-to-end ownership" Multi-tasker - able to identify key Salesforce Professionalization priorities and stack-rank for execution and follow through Strong communications, negotiation and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to a mix of technical/business audiences
