We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
  • Performing basic office tasks, data entry, answering phones, and processing the mail
  • Recordkeeping / Data Entry of financial transactions
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks

COMPETENCIES DESIRED
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
