Your new role
As CFO you will be responsible for the running of the finance function. You will be a key member of the board to make financial decisions for the company as they grow and lead it through the scale-up phase. You will manage technology, information systems, dashboarding, and have a track record of developing, and process improvement, business intelligence tools and business operations. You will manage a finance team, as well as M&A, transactions, investment and be a key stakeholder, as well as work with other stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a commercial strong qualified finance professional with strong experience. You will have worked in scale up/high growth businesses and have managed and led finance operations as well as teams. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, investments and transactions experience. Ideally from Life sciences industries and have IPO experience.
