Finance Manager job in Glasgow up to £50,000 per annum

Hays Senior Finance are currently representing a well-known Glasgow based Manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. This role is offering £45,000 - £50,000 per annum alongside excellent benefits. Our client is a premium brand with an international presence and across a Group Accounting structure. Your new role
The Finance Manager will have full responsibility for all Statutory and Financial Accounting Processes across the UK business. This is a leadership role with 3 direct reports and further indirect reports. The finance manager
will ensure Monthly & annual profit and loss and balance sheet production, cash-flow forecasting, reporting P&L results and month-end. Our client are also investing heavily across the introduction of a new financial system so experience with previous implementations would be advantageous.

This is a varied role with a fast-paced commercial business going through an exciting time of change. This is a role incorporating all round management and financial accounting tasks whilst supporting process improvements and enhancements across the finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Manager will have some exposure within a complex business, ideally in manufacturing but this is non essential. A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience will be required here to lead and add value to the team with strong commercial finance experience. You will liaise with Heads of Department to improve synergies between finance and operations and have strong communication and leadership experience. The Finance manager be highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed to achieving the highest standards.
