Business Analyst (Global Business Services)

Job Description

Ensuring Bosch Central Directive, regulations and guidelines related to general ledger management are complied;

Maintaining Bosch Chart of Accounts on a timely manner;

Approving of all journal posting before posting and performing month-end closing tasks as 1st level escalation;

Performing monthly reconciliation and sub ledgers analysis and follow up on aged items;

Preparing monthly accrual analysis, provision movement and annual transfer pricing information;

Supporting and preparing yearly audit schedule for external auditors and preparing yearly currency accounting assessment for two legal entities; and
Implementing and promoting continuous improvements in the areas of responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance of Professional Accounting Qualifications;
At least 5 years professional working experience in manufacturing environment and multi-national company, preferably in shared services;
Experience in interdisciplinary cross cultural teams;
Good knowledge in SAP FI module;
Team player, proactive, highly motivated, result and customer oriented, independent, matured, meticulous;
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to present; and
Proficient in English language both in writing and oral.
