Permanent Credit Controller Job, Based in Salford

You will be working for a forward-thinking business that has doubled in size since October last year and has plans in place to do the same again over the next twelve months. Due to clever techniques and processes driven by everyone within the organisation COVID hasn't affected their growth in the slightest hence why they are now in need of extra support within their Credit function.


Your new role

This is a newly created, full time office based permanent role reporting into the Senior Credit Controller. Working hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and finish times. Your main duties will include; chasing B2C debt via telephone, weekly reporting of outstanding debts, invoice monthly increases, building long lasting relationships with customers, identify risk and other ad hoc tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to customers and wants to be a part of a brand-new team build in the future with the opportunity to step up into a senior role.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must have a strong background in Credit Control and ideally have chased consumer debt previously. Being able to manage your own workload without micromanagement and being prepared to grow with the business is also a must.
