Finance Business Partner

Hays Senior Finance are currently recruiting for our client a well-established, highly successful organisation. As a result of several internal projects, a need for additional resource has arisen. Initially covering a period of twelve months, this role will support the workload of three individuals so will be varied with a number of deliverables.

This role is not for someone looking to shy away from the limelight as you will be tasked with adding value to current processes and offering expert advice to streamline reporting in several critical areas.

Key to the role will be providing finance business partnering to multiple cost centres including preparation of actual, forecast and plan results.

You will also be providing management support an Accounts Assistant for intercompany billing and monthly intercompany balance reconciliations. This will include recommending and implementing improvements to the process and working with accounts payable and overseas operating companies. Whilst fixed assets are in a good place, you will utilise your experience in to improve internal / external reporting of fixed assets and depreciation.

To be successful in this role you will be technically very strong with a variety of experience. This would certainly suit a qualified (ACA/ACCA) coming to the end of a current assignment or already in a similar role wanting a fresh challenge in an environment where they will be respected and challenged.

Initially a 12month fixed term contract, due to the size of the group there may well be further opportunity to build on the experience you gain during this assignment.
