IBA Manager- City of London- Insurance broker

Your new company
Working for a small insurance business with offices in the heart of the City- this is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced IBA Manager or Supervisor to join a warm friendly team.

Your new role
This role will require line management and the delivery and oversight of the full IBA function for the business.
Duties:

• Running month end reports including: KPI reports, aged debt reports, client money reports
• Ensure timely collection & settlement of funds
• CASS reporting for Audit
• Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines
• Lead legacy project
• Improve existing processes

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced IBA Manager or Senior IBA professional who has manage staff and projects within the function. You will have Lloyds market experience and keenness to improve the function.
