Exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner

The projects finance business partner will ultimately be responsible for supporting with non BAU workstreams, this can potentially be wide ranging in nature but below are some of the specific responsibilities;

• Supporting and leading on the modelling for longer term charging options (Boundary, Next Gen)
• Supporting with Go live reporting for new schemes and scheme changes
• Finance stakeholder with respect to change control and commercial/contract variations
• Finance stakeholder with respect to volume inputs
• Interface with project sponsors
• Input, support and challenge on business case's
• Ongoing assessment of camera network across our schemes in terms of efficiencies and capture rates
• Compliance monitoring
• Supporting operations team in identifying cost saving opportunities.
• Monitoring chargebacks and assessment of process changes (eg 3D payment for IVR)
• Provide project support across Operations
• Supporting the project team in ensuring outputs are appropriately captured in forecasts/budgets

The role will also be responsible for the management and development of the existing Finance Business Partner within project. Key responsibilities:

• BAU forecasting and budgeting as well as system uploads
• Scheme modelling
• Periodic reporting including accrual modelling/calculation, liaising with BSF & Capita, production of P&Ls and R&O Submission and FD pack inputs
• Weekly dashboard reporting
• Cashflow forecasting and analysis
• Balance Sheet reviews and quarterly bad debt provision updates
• Liaising with external auditors
• Capita Cost tracking and PO management
• Supporting with FCOG papers
• FOI requests
• Accounting structure / Cost object management.
• Supporting Projects FBP and SFBP with ad hoc requests
