The Job

With an understanding of the banking/financial institution and how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for :
  • Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings/workshops research and analysis.
  • Understanding client's business structures, processes and objectives of the Change/Transformation Management.
  • Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between current and future state.
  • Creating business requirement documents into use cases/functional specifications for customisation.
  • Requirements gathering, functional requirements, user stories and documenting business/data/application/technology architectures, requirements and business rules.
  • Developing business process models/design, logical data models, standards and guidance.
  • Documenting and explaining problems and works to resolve software defects, whilst ensuring technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction.

The Profile
  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 4 years experience within a Digital Transformation/Change Management, IT Business Analyst/ Project Manager or IT Consulting role, with strong product and process knowledge.
  • You have experience in the following domains: Loans/Mortgage Business / Insurance, Cards Business / Retail / Wealth banking / Insurance / Shared Services / Commercial Banking.
  • Prior experience on projects from the business side as well as in a functional role within a banking/financial institution environment will be an added advantage.
  • You have strong experience in requirement gatherings, process mapping and design techniques.
  • You possess Scrum Certification and expertise in Agile.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, especially in impact communication, influencing and running project governance, implementation of change management and benefits realisation.
  • You have strong presentation skills with ability to win over and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
