This FTSE 100 organisation with multimillion-pound contracts is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to influence and improve business decisions. You will play a fundamental role in challenging senior stakeholders using data and insights to improve contract and business performance and profits.

Description
This opportunity is a classic Commercial Finance / Senior Finance Business partner role - tasked with influencing the leadership team to improve business decisions directly impacting profit. Some of the key expectations to note on this opportunity, you will:
- Act as a trusted, visible and accessible point of contact to business leaders
- Provide commercial and financial decision support
- Challenge and insight into business profitability to drive future performance
- Understand the customer and their drivers to provide contract / service pricing, cash and margin recommendations
- Understand the value drivers of the business and provide guidance on performance including ROI, scenario planning, KPI analysis and benchmarking.
- Proactively identify, assess and manage the financial and commercial risks.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record as a business partner with all the applicable personality traits. You will also have a robust financial background with high levels of attention to detail. You will also:
- Demonstrate adding value in a commercially orientated bidding and contracting environment.
- Hold a professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Have evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate diligence, integrity and personal gravitas.
- Have experience of having worked successfully in a virtual team.
- Be adaptable, willing and a continuous learner.
Job Offer
£60-65k + Pension, Healthcare Bonus.
