We are looking for Business Analyst for our client from pharmaceutical industry.

Your Responsibilities
Understanding current and target Application Landscape and interfaces
Gathering, prioritizing and documenting integration requirements (including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, interactions and flows between the EpiCX and interfaced systems)
Play an active part in the EpiCX deployment to Affiliates and ensure that any solution is chosen to fulfill know and understood business requirements and help to provide business value to the affiliate and to the customers
Preparing interfaces requirements specification and discussing the requirements with the Development Team
Proposing design options and seek for solutions to functional/ technical inconsistencies and challenges
Preparing detailed Use Cases for integration flows
During Develop and Testing phases, verifying and supervising the interfaces have been developed as per agreed requirements
Supporting Test Team and Business Unit during test activities and User Acceptance Test, helping in bugs/ defect identification, reporting and assisting in bug fixing
Providing status updates and reporting metrics to the Integration Team Lead/ during Team mettigns
Qualifications and Experience that will help you to be successful:
8+ years of overall professional experience
5+ years of experience in similar role and context
3+ years of experience on an a complex / multi-country solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
Business domain knowledge for one or more of the following areas: Commercial excellence, CRM, multichannel, analytics/ dashboards, data
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of one or more of the following tools: IQVIA OCE (or similar with focus on Sales, Marketing, Territory Management) Reltio MDM, Salesforce.com functionalities, AWS Data Lake, Gigya
Practice of Agile Ba Frameworks (IIBA)
Preferred Skills/ Abilities
Ability to translate business vocabulary into technical wording and vice versa
Ability to Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal
Ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and design, usability and the ability to facilitate workshops
Resource management skills
Risk management and identification
Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
Ability to work under indirect supervision
Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
Excellent written and verbal English
