As an Assistant Accountant you will support the Finance Manager to maintain the accuracy of the ledgers, and produce timely and accurate financial results.

Description

As an Assistant Accountant you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to:

• Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Purchase ledger and payment allocations
• Intercompany account reconciliations
• Accrual and prepayment schedules
• Perform various account analysis
• Journal entries
• Assist in corporate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• VAT

Profile

In order to be successful when applying for this role you will need the following:

• Knowledge of working within accounts
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
• Experience within a multi currency environment would be beneficial
