Your new role
You will play a key role within the commercial finance team providing reports, analysis and insights which helps the business to maximise their opportunity for growth. You will have a licence to challenge the status quo into order to improve and develop management reports and dashboards whilst considering ways to deliver MI in a more effective manner. You will partner with a host of stakeholders right through to the c-suite either supporting with the preparation of presentations or presenting monthly updates yourself.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) who is on a trajectory of career progression who views this role as a great next step. You will demonstrate a commercial mindset and feel confident presenting to senior stakeholders. Prior experience in a role which touches on management reporting / financial analysis is desirable however the right behavioural competencies are key. For that reason consideration will be given to candidates either exiting the chartered profession or those who seek to make their next move in industry.
