THE ROLE

• Invoice validation in Open Text
• Handling incoming queries and providing solution to the vendors
  
• Processing vendor/customer invoices
  
• Reconciling vendor statements
  
• Completing month end account reconciliations
  
• Performing of SOX controls
  
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 1-2 years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP
  
• Advanced English (written and oral) required
  
• Min B1 level of French- willingness to speak in this language
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain professional business contacts
  
• Analytical mindset and accuracy
  
• Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
