As a FP&A Analyst, the CoE spearheads new ways of working for the business in Baker Hughes, building value creation via standardisation and capabilities built on robust processes and leveraging cutting-edge technology.
As a FP&A Analyst
Supporting business functional leaders to make strategic decision on resources allocation & cost actions.
Delivering day-to-day management reporting and variance analysis activities in a timely and high-quality manner
Developing and produce standard reporting, presentation materials; and cost analysis and reports to build decision-making.
Consolidating financial reports with variance analysis, provide commentary and business insight for inclusion in monthly cost reviews.
Supporting CoE initiatives covering headcount, C&B, purchase services, liquidations budget and actual vs budget queries
Responding to stakeholder ad-hoc requests for data and reports in a timely, knowledgeable and flexible manner;

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or finance-related discipline or professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA)
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas/macros.
Successful hands-on working experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle ) is preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to organize and analyze large datasets
Demonstrated influential communication skills in English both verbal and written
