Job Responsibilities: -
  • Ensure bonus payment & refund to Distributors are paid timely on monthly basis.
  • Ensure Account reconciliation and Black line reconciliation is completed on timely basis.
  • Ensure the monthly calculation is accurate, make correct provision of yearly bonus on monthly basis.
  • Ensure Bonus adjustment request are completed accurately and on timely basis as per SLA.
  • Monitor and review all periodic reporting to ensure timely and accurate compliance on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics are met.
  • Monitor overall Accounts Receivable ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation including bad debt provisions and write-off.
  • Review journal entries posted by team members and monthly accounts reconciliation.
  • Focal point for internal and external audit matters and coordinate timely submission of required supporting documents and information to auditors.
  • Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure timely escalation and remediation of any control deficiencies identified.
  • Review risk assessment and mitigation of operations with O2C & Bonus Manager.
  • Work closely with Affiliates and IT Team in the migration of legacy system to new system (Oracle).
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Implement and drive continuous processes improvement to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide SME expertise to Affiliates, Management, and any internal team pertaining to O2C/Bonus operations if required
  • People Management related tasks: Maintain high level of employee engagement, provide coaching and training to team members. Manage daily work allocation and performance appraisal to all direct reports. Recruitment of new team members with the right skill sets and experience

  • Job Requirements: -
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant Professional Qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA / ICAEW)
  • Preferably 7 years of working experience in related field
  • Proficient in English with good communication and writing skills is a must.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, financial statements and reports
  • Possess leadership skills and experienced in managing a diverse team
  • Able to work effectively as a member in multi-functional teams
  • Experienced in dealing with key stakeholders
  • Experiences with migration and ERP systems implementation will be an added advantage
  • Shared Service Center experience and finance/accounting experience preferable
