Investment Director, UK Private Equity Fund

We are now working with an incredibly successful lower mid market private equity fund based in London.

They have an excellent track record in the sector and backed a number of highly successful UK businesses.

The fund has significant assets to invest, and are now looking to hire an Investment Director. The role will report to a Partner and have full responsibility for deal origination, execution and portfolio management.

Day to day this will involve the development of arrangements with management teams, intermediaries, assess investment opportunities, evaluate transactions, work on deal execution and manage portfolios through to exit.

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

• Investment Director level professionals with other UK funds

• Great track record of deal execution

• Strong network of relationships in the UK market

• Keen to work in lower mid market

• Entrepreneurial approach towards investing
