Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a rapidly expanding accountancy firm, based in Southampton, in their search for an Associate Director.

Reporting to the Office Managing Partner, this role will take responsibility for a part of client fees, overall management of the practice (audit, business services and outsourcing functions) and look improve profitability of the firm.

Other

responsibilities:

• To be the point of contact for all client liaison.

• Meeting clients to discuss their accounts and tax affairs; providing advisory services as appropriate.

• Lead audits.

• Manage personal tax staff.

• Manage bookkeeping team and provide leadership as required.

• Advise clients on areas of business improvement.

• Negotiate the terms of business with clients as required.

• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

• Assist the Management team in the detection and prevention of money laundering.

Due to the significant growth of the firm over the past 12 months and for the continued future, they are looking for a career progressive individual who would have ambitions of coming Director in the not-too-distant future.

The organisation could also offer this role on a part-time basis and will provide a potential relocation package for those who are not within commuting distance of their Hampshire based office.
