Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join Rehegoo Streaming Team. Reporting locally to the Director of Operations and globally to the CEO, the Finance Director will join the senior leadership team and be responsible for the financial performances of the business, providing strategic direction and commercial support to the sales team as well as being responsible for the production of the monthly management accounts and annual reporting/auditing. This is a pivotal role and vital to the future success of the business. The candidate will work with the Board of Directors and the CEO in driving the business forward.




Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-going business analysis, commercial and operational support as well as direction with strategic objectives and projects
  • Development of internal operating and controlling procedures
  • Produce monthly and annual accounts, annual budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management and forecasting
  • Multi-currencies management
  • Able to present financial information to non-finance departments
  • Develop a broad set of KPI's to analyse sales and profit performance
  • Build and manage relationships with the leadership team and the wider business to help drive strategic decision-making by providing monthly financial pack with detailed commentary, KPIs and other ad-hoc information in a timely manner
  • Provide financial and commercial insight and advice, to enable the business to develop and execute its business strategy
  • Be an integral part of the senior team responsible for executing strategy Business Analysis and Commercial Support
  • Support the Finance Director Corporate based in Italy, with the annual audit process, including the preparation of end of year accounts files and audit schedules, providing any requested information in a timely manner
  • Utilise, manipulate and extract data from a variety of different sources to give an insightful and holistic view of the business
  • Responsible for P&L and margin analysis, Balance Sheet and cash-flow from both an actuals and forecasting perspective
  • Development of IT systems to obtain operational efficiencies.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified by experience or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with minimum 5 years PQE
  • Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from top tier university in relevant subject discipline
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory for the role
  • Sound knowledge of accounting software and a wide range of IT tools necessary for the role
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a critical mindset
  • High energy and ambitious to grow both the business and self with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Genuine passion for the music industry
  • Proven experience in leadership position and stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience of working, partnering and liaising with teams outside of Finance
