Finance Director - Grimsby - Up to £70,000, Bonus & Car Allowance
Chase & Holland are working on an exclusive retained basis with a £80 million T/O business in their search for Group Finance Director reporting to the Group MD. For the right individual this represents a real opportunity to play a strategic part in growing the business and working closely with a driven Group MD.
As Group Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
* Head up all aspects of Finance, IT and compliance including managing a team of 9 and outsourced suppliers
* Providing strategic direction and maintaining financial health as well as working with the MD in increasing profitability of all group companies
* Budgeting, Forecasting, and creating robust financial modelling
* Risk management and feasibility studies around growth projects
* Providing accurate management information monthly, quarterly and annually to the board
* All aspects of external relationships with auditors and investors
The successful appointed Finance Director will be:
Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) accountant ideally with experience of working in an owner managed environment. You will need to demonstrate the ability and track record of working at a hands on and strategic level. The FD will also have previous project experience including system implementation as well as strong relationship/communication skills.
