Your key responsibilities:

* Maintaining various customer portals (invoice and statements).
* Manage credit control limits, terms and insured values.
* Credit management and setting collection targets.
* Reviewing of age analysis and managing problematic accounts.
* Monthly reporting and resolving queries.
* Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships.
Our required expertise:

* Grade 12 is essential. Credit Management Certificate or similar studies would be advantageous.
* Working knowledge of Syspro or SAP or related is essential.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role in a finance department is essential.
* Chain store or franchise experience is essential (working with the likes of Pick 'n Pay, Spar, Checkers, Woolworths, etc or related).
* Must be able to work with large volumes on a day-to-day basis.
* Must have experience dealing with price queries.
* Must have the ability to professionally communicate in Afrikaans (full understanding and basic to intermediate spoken language).
