Job Description:As The Lead Of The Business Analyst Team, You Will Direct The Team In Evaluating And Solving Business Challenges. The Technology Team Will Design, Develop, Test, Deploy And Maintain Software Solutions That Facilitate Core Business And Day-to-day Operations. The Lead Business Analyst Is Also Responsible For Generating And Compiling Reports Based On The Findings, Complete With Probable Causes And Possible Solutions To Systems Issues. You Will Apply Proven Communication, Analytical, And Problem-solving Skills To Help Maximize The Benefit Of Technology System Investments. Essential Functions For This Role Include:1.Engage With All Functional Areas Of The Business To Fully Understand Their Operations, Identify Challenges And Make Software Recommendations To Solve Those Challenges2.Improve Business Operations By Studying Current Practices/processes And Designing Modifications To Them3.Lead Design Sessions In Prototyping New Systems For The Purpose Of Enhancing Business Processes, Operations, And Information Process Flow.4.Identify And Establish Scope And Parameters Of Systems Analysis In Order To Define Outcome Criteria And Measure-taking Actions.5.Conduct Research On Software And Hardware Products To Justify Recommendations And To Support Purchasing Efforts6.Assess The Impact Of Business Challenges In Order To Prioritize The Delivery Of Solutions7.Engage Internal Stakeholders To Fully Capture And Document Business Requirements With User Stories, Flow Charts, And Diagrams.8.Communicate All Requirements To The In-house Development Team Or External Partners9.Design New Applications In Collaboration With The Whole Technology Team By Analyzing Requirements, Studying System Capabilities And Determining Resource Restrictions10.Planning And Monitor Project Progress By Tracking Activity, Resolving Problems, Writing Progress Reports And Recommending Actions11.Provide References For Users By Writing And Maintaining User Documentation And Training Users12.Carry Out And Facilitate Software Testing To Ensure That All Technology Developed Meets The Business Need And Is Successfully Adopted Within The Organization13.Coordinate And Perform In-depth Tests, Including End-user Reviews, For Modified And New Systems, And Other Post-implementation Support14.Support The Staff And Teams In Making The Recommended Changes, Including Helping To Resolve Any Issues15.Provide Guidance And/or Instruction To Junior Staff Members16.Any Other Duties Assigned The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3 Years' Experience As A Business Analyst As Well As The Following Skills:1.Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Talk To And Present To A Range Of Audiences, Sometimes Acting As A Translator Between Parties;2.The Ability To Motivate Others And Lead Change;3.The Ability To Manage A Team And Build Relationships4.The Ability To Work Under Pressure On Multiple Projects Within Your Project Timeframes;5.A Passion For Creating Solutions With A Positive Attitude To Change;6.Excellent Analytical Skills And An Informed, Evidence-based Approach;7.A Strong Interest In Business And Business Development;8.A Good Understanding Of Information Technology.
