Fixed Term Contract for 15 months.

Apprenticeship Rates are age related:

Level Two

(16yrs to 17yrs) £4.71 per hour or £9,086 PA

(18yrs to 20yrs) £6.61 per hour or £12,752 PA

(21yrs to 24yrs) £8.36 per hour or £16,128 PA

(25+yrs) £8.72 per hour or £16,822 PA

WHAT WE DO

The post holder will provide a customer focussed responsive and quality financial service supporting all aspects of the Accounts Receivable team in their day to day, month end and year end duties. The post holder will be required to undertake studies towards the successful completion of the AAT Level 2 and Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting. The post holder will, at all times, comply with Leeds City College Group Financial Regulations and Procedures and maintain a pro-active and diligent approach to fraud awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Raising of Sales Orders for trade customers, and student accounts Issuing reminders for overdue accounts
Allocating income against AR accounts
Take payments in respect of AR accounts Communicate with trade, and students in respect of outstanding accounts using phone/email/letter Set up and administer Direct Debit payment plans
