Based in South Auckland, this multinational retail and distribution company services clients all throughout New Zealand. They are looking for an end to end Accounts Payable Officer to hit the ground running and take ownership of the Accounts Payable function
The Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report directly to the Finance Manager. The Accounts Payable process can be complex with stock being receipted at the store level, and the information then being imported into the finance system. You will reconcile supplier statements, respond to queries and complete payment runs weekly and monthly. has
Your Profile
You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with suppliers, intermediate excel capabilities and experience with medium to large ERP systems. This team is very close knit and friendly so if you have a positive outlook and outgoing nature you will love this position!
