Description

The key aspects of the Wallingford based Accounts Payable & Reconciliation Officer will be to support with the reconciliation on GRNI, which is essential and the main part of the tole, processing of invoices onto a new system, application on VAT onto supplier invoices, complex reconciliations and in-depth investigation. You will also be supporting the payment runs and any duties needed to be carried out at month end.

Profile

The ideal Accounts Payable & Reconciliations Officer will be someone who has worked in a busy AP team previously and is able to deal with a large volume of invoices and a certain amount of technical complexity as well, you must also be able to focus almost solely on GRNI reconciliations for the period of the contract, amongst other duties as well.
