Sr. Accounts Officer

Day today Book entries and Journal Entries posting of all business Transactions
To ensure timely closure of all billing and accounting processes.
To ensure all monthly and annual Financial Reports are prepared accurately and on time.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Ensuring accurate recording of daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Able to manage proactively all aspects of accounts
Candidate should have prior knowledge of working in Ms Excel and Ms Word
Should very well verse in accounting software
