We are looking for someone for an immediate start for a large MK based company and help in customer service department. This role is temporary but is on an ongoing basis.

We need someone who has experience in making high volume credit control calls with some resilience and able to effectively deal with customers. You will be required to make a large number of calls so someone who is happy to be on the phone is essential.

We are looking for someone with:

• Ability to make high volume credit control calls
• Polite, but firm communication skills essential
• Attention to detail and to record information accurately
• 6 months experience in a similar role
• Solid IT skills
• Immediate start
