I am currently working with a company based in Newton Aycliffe, assisting them in their search for an Interim Accounts Clerk for maternity cover.

The Accounts Clerk will focus predominantly on the purchase ledger side of the business but will required to cover other areas in finance such as receivables, generating and issuing purchase orders and general assistance to the Finance Manager when necessary.

To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have;

• Experience of working within a finance department, training will be given on the system used
• Numerate with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication
• Experienced in using Excel spreadsheets
