We are partnering with an innovative, high growth business who are looking to appoint a Director of Group Financial Reporting. This is a newly created leadership position that offers fantastic opportunities to progress.

As the Director of Group Financial Reporting, you shall lead a sizeable team within a business that is on an exciting upwards trajectory and is market leading in their field.

In order to succeed in the role:

• A strong financial leader with a track record of technical excellence gained in a US publicly traded, complex, global products & services company.
• Experience within Life Sciences, Technology or Retail industries preferred.
• A diligent individual with great attention to detail and a strong commutation style.
• The ability to see the big picture and manage an extensive and remote team through change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

• Oversee the Group Consolidation team in preparation of Annual and Interim financial statements across both US and UK reporting frameworks.
• Lead the accounting functions and delivering to the highest standards.
• Ensuring compliance and integrity of all IFRS, UK/US GAAP, government accounting regulatory requirements globally.
• Identifying areas of opportunity to simplify process, automate and use technology to allow the team to be more effective and efficient.
• Be the primary point of contact for the external auditors facilitating a smooth and efficient process at all times.
