Job Details
As Revenue Accountant, you will focus on revenue accounting under IFRS and will be responsible for ensuring robust internal controls are in place and adhered to across the business.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of revenue accounting
- Maintaining the revenue recognition policy, compliant with IFRS15
- Detailed review of quarterly valuations
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, developing Group Policies to be IFRS compliant
- Work with the Head of Financial Controls to identify and implement robust internal controls
- Assist with business acquisitions
Profile
The successful applicant should:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) - this is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified chartered accountant, looking for a 1st move into Industry
- Strong technical finance skill set
- Ability to articulate complex financial information
- Experience and/or knowledge of IFRS
- Have an analytical mindset and a good attention to detail
- Be able to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Previous experience in a complex, PLC environment (desirable)
- A strong team player
- Ambitious and driven to succeed
