Michael Page are recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager to join a well known Public Sector organisation based in Leeds.

Client Details

The client is a well-known and highly regarded Public Sector organisation based in Leeds. They are known as an excellent employer and are looking for a Finance Manager to join their established team for a long-term interim assignment initially for 12 months. The client is working from home for the foreseeable.

Description

As an Interim Finance Manager duties will include but are not limited to, managing budgets, managing the assess and payroll reconciliations, delivering budget efficiency's, reviewing expenditures, supporting budget holders ,producing monthly quarterly and annual financial accounts, producing forecasts and budgets, providing analysis and presenting the data, project manage efficiency improvement projects, streamlining business processes, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Fully Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ ACA/ CIPFA ESSENTIAL
  • Have produced budgets and forecasts ESSENTIAL
  • Have worked with senior stakeholders previously ESSENTIAL
  • Have excellent communication skills ESSENTIAL
  • Have excellent Excel skills ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£44,000- £46,000 + Interim Finance Manager + Leeds based + working from home for the foreseeable + public sector organisation + weekly pay
