Hays Senior Finance are delighted to recruiting for a permanent Finance Business Partner position with a not-for profit organisation based in South Yorkshire.

Your new role
In your new role you will primarily responsible for providing financial planning support to the senior management of two department operating units within the not-for profit organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the key business processes including budget building, financial reporting, forecasting, costing, and project financial management. You will be liaising with budget stakeholders offering effective business partnering support. You will provide advice, direct and support Senior Manager and Management team on financial matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CCAB qualified for this role or equivalent, post-qualification experience. You will require recent and relevant Finance Business Partnering expiring within a large, multi-disciplined organisation. You will need to be highly articulate and experienced in consistently influencing, engaging, and delivering meaningful information regarding future direction. You will build collaborative relationships and resolve issues by engaging the right people. Demonstrating a strong leadership is desirable for this position. Not-for profit experience is not essential. If you have commerce & industry-based experience, please apply. Experienced of working with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.
