Job Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, accounts receivable and payables, and consolidation of financial statements.
  • Closing of monthly accounts and prepares all accounting schedules to ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly reports.
  • AR and AP invoices processing and payment
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and perform variance analysis to budget and/or forecast.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly management reports and financial result.
  • Coordinate with banks on banking matters; preparation of cash flow forecast and managing liquidity within the organization in ensuring the business has cash in meeting its obligation.
  • Verify non-trade payments (expenses claim, petty cash reimbursements, etc) are in accordance with company's policies.
  • Period upkeep of bank and balance sheet items reconciliation for review.
  • Maintain banking facilities utilization record and follow-up on documentary collections/returns.
  • Candidate must have degree in accounting or finance, professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Min. 3 years relevant working experience
  • Possess advance level of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words & PPT).
  • A team player, ability to communicate with all levels, initiative and able to work independently a must.
  • Attentive to details and confidentiality of information, highly organized and work well under pressure.
  • To perform any other duties as management may assign from time to time.
  • Assist in office administration matters.
  • Job Requirements
  • Candidate must have degree in accounting finance, professional qualification or Diploma
  • Min. 3 years relevant working experience
  • Possess advance level of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words & PPT).
  • A team player, ability to communicate with all levels, initiative and able to work independently a must.
  • Attentive to details and confidentiality of information, highly organized and work well under pressure.
