The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a globally operating organisation, who are a highly regarded in their specialist field. Following a positive restructure across the finance function the are looking to bring in a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join their friendly finance team over in Shildon.

This is a well rounded position and will see you working closely with the Financial Accountant on all things BAU Accounting. On a day today basis you will find yourself assisting with the preparation of Management Accounts, accruals and prepayments and reconciling balance sheet accounts. You will also assist with the preparation of year end and statutory accounts, along wide providing the senior finance team with details financial and variance analysis when needed.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a part or newly qualified accountant (acca/aca/cima) and will have previously working in a varied position with exposure to management accounts, financial accounts and analysis. Manufacturing experience is desirable.

The salary for the role is negotiable depending on the skills and experience you possess.
