The role is a well rounded position suited to someone who has a good finance knowledge and used to operating within a finance team.

Description

• Managing, Reconciliation and invoicing of monthly collections on the Rent accounts
• Arranging the recording and banking
• Assist with all other accounts related activities where necessary
• Dealing with requests and queries from Property Managers and Management
• Applying Bank interest and receipts from daily bank report.

Profile

• 2 years experience within an accounts environment - ideally property based.
• Confident communicator
• Studying/studied AAT level 3 is preferable
• Happy to work alone or part of a team
• Happy to engage with client queries on the phone or via email
