Financial Controller

Your new company
You will be working for a leading SME in the manufacturing sector based in Warwick, due to growth are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the team.

Your new role
You will manage and improve the company financial performance and direct all accounting operations. Reporting to the CFO, you will be part of the Leadership Team and your duties for the role will include managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a Financial Controller will aid the business in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Financial Controller from a manufacturing SME, Ideally you will have a recognised accounting qualification - FCA, ACCA, ACMA or be QBE. Experience of using ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 and you will have a 'can do' attitude and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job at hand done.
