We are recruiting a Finance Officer.

Job Description

Assisting in the preparation of budgets

Managing records and receipts

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

Preparing balance sheets

Processing invoices

Providing customer service to clients

Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters

Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Monitor accounting procedures and resolve any problems, including the ordering, processing and payment for all goods and services provided

Required Skills or Experience

Education

1stDegree/ HND in accounting or a related field

ACCA 2/ ICAG Part 2

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years and 6 months experience in a similar role

Competence:

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Ledger reconciliation of Ledgers
