Page Personnel are working with a leading global brand based in Runcorn to recruit for an assistant accountant on a fixed term contract for 6 months. You will be available immediately or within short notice and this role will be based from home. You will be set up remotely with a laptop and all equipment provided.

Description
Reporting into the Finance manager the assistant accountant will have the following duties:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- P&L commentary
- Management of all transactions using in house system
- Processing and management of transactions
- Posting VAT adjustments
- Ad hoc finance support
Profile
The successful assistant accountant MUST have the following skills:
- Proven track record in similar role
- Global background advantage
- AAT qualified of actively studying
- Proficient in excel - intermediate level
- Excellent time management and communication skills
