Your new role
As Finance Operations Manager you will lead a team of 7 to deliver a high quality finance service to the business. You will be responsible for ensuring your team leaders and team members perform their tasks to the best of their ability
You will have responsibility for balance sheet control and the month end close process.
Using your knowledge of financial controls you will ensure that the right balance of controls are in place to ensure an efficient close.
As a strong leader of staff you will mentor develop and lead your team.
As a senior leader in the organisation you will promote collaboration between your team and the rest of finance and the wider business.
There is plenty of variety in the role and you will regularly work on projects including the integration of new business wins into the monthly reporting cycle.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of leading a team. You should have a good understanding of balance sheet control and month end procedures.
A collaborative worker you will enjoy fixing problems, and pushing for optimum performance.
