Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant role for a well established FMCG business based in Doncaster.

Client Details

This FMCG business have managed to increase their market share as a result of their decision to branch out into other areas within their sector. Whilst they continue to create and strengthen their relationships with their customers, the increase in demand now requires them to expand their finance team. They are now looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team based in Doncaster.

Description

As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be reporting in to the Finance Director and will be responsible for providing proactive support and reporting to assist with key decision making. Duties will include, however are not limited to, accurate forecasting, analysis and reporting using SAP, assisting with regional budgeting and cost management, assisting with investment appraisal initiatives, providing a detailed cost centre analysis and commentary whilst ensuring financial policies and complied with. You will also be responsible for presenting your reports back to stakeholders across the organisation. You will also assist with the production of month end accounts and any other ad hoc duties as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to be a key part of setting up a finance function whilst reporting into the Finance Director.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have month end experience
• Have strong analytical experience
• Have excellent Excel skills
• Have great attention to detail
• Be able to interrogate data and present findings
