Your new company
One of the fastest growing companies in the Renewable Energy sector are looking for a switched on, driven and determined Accounts Assistant to join their team. Whilst the company is usually located in beautiful offices in the West End, this role will be working from home for the foreseeable future and the successful candidate will be sent everything they need to get up and running at home.
Your new role
Reporting into the Senior Accounts Payable and working in a team of 4, you will play a key role in the finance team by performing the following key duties:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Raising sales invoices
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- VAT reporting
- Assisting with audit
- Closing at month end
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be a highly intelligent and switched on individual with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for saving the planet. Whilst experience in the above duties will be highly beneficial, what is more important is the sense of drive this person has and their ability/willingness to learn.
