Head of FP&A

Your new company
I am currently working with a growing professional services business looking for a Head of FP&A to join the London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to develop a high performing FP&A function to support the expansion of the business.

Your new role
Working closely with the CFO this is a broad and varied role with duties and responsibilities including:

• Monthly analysis and insight of performance of the business globally
• Business partnering with a range of stakeholders including KPI and management reporting packs for business leaders
• Annual budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
• Line management responsibility
• Financial modelling and opportunity to be involved in M&A transactions

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with circa 3-5 years PQE and ACA background preferred. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills with a proven record of leadership and ownership in a similar role. International exposure and professional services background are also highly desirable as is strong excel and exposure to BI tools.
