Chief Financial Officer

Garden Valley Technologies (GVT), a pro-growth, Gig Certified, Smart Rural Community provider located in Erskine, MN, is seeking a CFO. This key position will report directly to the CEO/GM and will oversee all financial and regulatory activities of GVT, including but not limited to: operating and capital budgets, financial statements, regulatory reporting, payroll, and internal control/auditing functions.         

Successful candidate will be strategic in nature and possess strong management, communication and computer/database management skills. Specialized training in the areas of cost study, access charges, and settlements is desired. Experience in the regulatory aspects of the FCC and state regulatory proceedings is required.   A Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a CPA certification, and a minimum of 10 years in progressive management roles is essential
