Manager of Finance Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Manager of Finance Reporting in Baltimore, MD. Key Tasks:

• Assist with timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting on Forms 10-Q and 10-K and other SEC filings
• Obtain and/or prepare supporting documents to substantiate information included in each SEC filing
• Complete disclosure checklists to ensure SEC filings are prepared in compliance with applicable requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements Research technical accounting matters to ensure compliance of US GAAP

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA degree in Accounting
• CPA
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience at a Big 4 firm
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and hands-on experience with Financial Reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
