Credit Controller - Temporary
£12 per hour
Remote working/London
Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic property company as a Temporary Credit Controller. Previous experience in credit control, rent and arrears collection and tenant debt collection is highly desired.
Company Profile - Credit Controller:
Our client invests, owns and manages a growing portfolio of properties across the UK and let houses/flats to a wide range of tenants. They build and develop their own property, so a lot of the portfolio is built specifically for private rental with projects in the pipeline, so it is a great time to join this growing business.
Duties - Credit Controller:
*Responsible for contacting all tenants to collect arrears owed (21 days)
*Make 30-50 calls per day to chase arrears
*Manage all enquiries about rental payments and arrears
*Managing and responding to any complaints relating to arrears or rental payments
*Make any adjustments or corrections on database
*Build a good working relationship with key stakeholders
*Provide weekly and monthly arrears reports to management, commenting on progress, escalate if needed
*Liaising with finance to ensure payments are posted swiftly and correctly.
Character & skills profile - Credit Controller:
*Proven credit control or arrears collection experience
*Organised/multi-tasker
*Customer service focused/empathetic
*Process driven
*Problem solver
*Excellent communication
*Yardi or other property software experience desired
*Rounded IT skills
Package - Credit Controller:
Hourly rate - £12.00 per hour
Hours - 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
