One of the UK's fastest growing health care businesses is looking to appoint a CFO to join their management team and play a pivotal role in driving the strategy.

The growth my client has seen in their first year is quite unheard of, they have captured a market and have formed excellent relationships by understanding their customer's challenges and developing bespoke solutions. Whilst overseeing all financial decision making you will play a key role in developing the strategy so previous commercial and operational experience as well as a sound financial background is important.

The business has ambitious plans, both growing organically and via acquisition so previous PE/M&A/IPO exposure is essential. Other areas that will be included in your role include:

• Driving a transparent and company wide budgeting process
• Establishing financial KPI's that align with the company's overall strategy
• Ensure full transparency and reporting to key stakeholders
• Provide advice on how to increase revenues and reduce overheads
