An exciting and challenging career oportunity has arisen with an expanding professional accounting practice in Fife. You will already have gained two or three years' experience working within a professional accounting practice and you will now be ready to make a move to a firm which will build on the experience you have already gained dealing with clients' accounts.
Duties will include handling a client portfolio and preparing sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts and reporting to the manager. You may also be responsible
for the supervision of junior staff and you will be required to work within a time budget using a standard approach agreed at the planning stage with the manager.
You will also produce draft tax computations for the accounts.
You will supervise, help develop and coach junior members of the team ensuring that their standard of work meets the firm's expectations. This will include taking responsibility for developing and providing opportunities for the junior members of your team.
You will have excellent time management skills to ensure that all deadlines and expectations are met.
