A large, pan-European organisation who are a leading and influential figure in the fight against climate change are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team for a minimum of 12 months. Along with the organisation's rapid growth in recent years, the countries in which the organisation operates has grown and you would play a key role in this international team.
Main responsibilities include:
Processing payroll across 13 European countries
Providing monthly payroll reports to the finance team
Supporting the organisation in procuring a new payroll provider, which will include the identification of potential providers, review of bids, and presenting your shortlist of providers to the SMT
Taking a lead role in the onboarding of the new payroll provider
The successful candidate will:
Have strong payroll experience within a complex and international environment
Be a strong user of Excel, able to manually input payroll data and navigate multiple spreadsheets
Have a finance background, enabling you to provide payroll reports to finance and produce monthly payroll journals
