SF Recruitment are working with a market leading business in Hinckley who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the business & work closely with the Financial Controller. The suitable Payroll Manager will ideally be qualified/working towards CIPP.
The suitable individual will implementing and improve current processes ensuring the Payroll function is ran as effectively & efficiently as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business and take ownership of a varied role where you will be responsible for taking ownership of a payroll from start to finish. Your duties will include managing a small team which is responsible for processing starters and leavers, calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, tax, national insurance, P11'D's, managing RTI and resolving associated payroll queries.
You will be a Payroll Manager with management experience and a proven track record of managing a small team within a fast paced working environment. You will thrive in a role where you will be given the full autonomy to manage your own work load and ensure payroll processes are implemented to maximise efficiency. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with various internal and external departments in a confident manner.
